Moving large loads, long distances, as quickly as you can. That is the essence of Strongman. This specialty class will primarily focus on max efforts without a barbell. All skill levels are welcome as this class is for anyone who wants to increase real world strength and metabolic conditioning. Some of the things you will be playing with include: large tires, farmers handles, sand bags, kegs, atlas stones, and yokes.
This is a specialty program that runs periodically throughout the year.
