Moving large loads, long distances, as quickly as you can. That is the essence of Strongman. This specialty class will primarily focus on max efforts without a barbell. All skill levels are welcome as this class is for anyone who wants to increase real world strength and metabolic conditioning. Some of the things you will be playing with include: large tires, farmers handles, sand bags, kegs, atlas stones, and yokes. We will meet once a week for an hour and there will be no additional homework outside of class (for safety purposes).
