With a continuously running clock perform:
1 Power Clean, 70% 1RM in the first 1 min,
2 Power Cleans, 70% 1RM in the second 1 min
3 Power Cleans, 70% 1RM in the third 1 min
ect.ect until unable to complete reps in the 1 min timeframe.
