1. WHEN DID YOUR START CROSSFIT: May 2, 2016

2. WHAT MADE YOU JOIN CF TURBINE?
I did a lot of research on the local boxes and CFT had the best reviews by far. I went in for a free trial class and have never been anywhere else!

3. WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE CROSSFIT MOVEMENT: It’s hard to pick just one. Heavy carries, deadlifts and rowing are definitely top of the list.
4. WHAT IS YOUR "GO-TO" CHEAT MEAL?:
Sausage, onion and mushroom deep dish pizza from Barone’s. Every.Single.Time.

5. DO YOU HAVE ANY PETS?: I have 3 dachshunds: Trixie, Ollie and Daisy. They equal 1 regular-sized dog.
6. NAME ONE AWESOME THING YOU DID THIS PAST SUMMER:
Norm and I took a football / brewery road trip at the end of August for his 50th.
7. NAME ONE GOAL YOU HAVE:
It’s a long shot but I’d really love to get into the top 3 at our Strongman comp.
8. DO YOU WEAR SOCKS TO BED?: OMG no socks.
9. WHAT QUOTE DO YOU LIVE BY/IDENTIFY WITH THE MOST?: “I don’t know what I would do if I didn’t work out. I’m guessing 25 to life.” CONGRATS LISA!!! @ellemichelledrake
